wow, what a place!
spacious apartmentgreat showerfriendly staffhelpful attitude
the apartment was very spacious! the shower was awesome and i really enjoyed the two towel changes we got . the staff was so friendly and helpful (they always had a smile!). i am already planning my next trip back to this great place.
i noticed the corridor had a bit of flooding from a neighboring apartment. i reported it, but i don't think anything was done while i was there.

the beach is a short walk straight down from the hotel. shops, bars, and restaurants are also very close. i found it a really convenient spot.

the pool area has plenty of loungers available. i noticed there were always some free (which is great!). i really appreciated the evening sun on the balcony from late afternoon to early evening.

the apartment had plenty of towels and shower products. it was well-equipped with utensils and crockery to accommodate several guests. there were quite a few english channels on the tv too!

the staff members were always polite and greeted me with a "hola". when i arrived, they were friendly and helpful (especially with directions!). the reception and bar staff were always ready to help.

the apartment featured good quality appliances in the kitchen everything looked super clean i found many clean towels. a large balcony provided space to enjoy a glass of wine.
the corridor experienced flooding from a neighboring apartment a few times it was reported to the receptionists still nothing was done about it

The apartment was clean, I guess.
The air conditioning did not work. Seriously I contacted the staff. Moving was an option, but a totally inconvenient option. Why bother, really?
